dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce DIY Exhibition se zabývá podobami nezávislého kurátorství v rámci českých vysokých škol. Úvodní část je věnována vymezení pojmů a nastínění vývoje tuzemského nezávislého kurátorství. Stěžejním bod představuje kapitola věnovaná výzkumu vybraných studentských galerií, které jsou na jeho základě rozřazeny do dvou základních kategorií a následně podrobeny vzájemnému porovnání s důrazem na kurátorský aspekt provozu. Závěrečná kapitola představuje nezávislé výstavní iniciativy v rámci ateliéru Reklamní fotografie.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Diploma thesis DIY exhibition deals with the forms of tbe independent curatorship within Czech universities. The introductory part is devoted to defining terms and outlining the development of independent curatorship. The main point of thesis is the chapter devoted to the research of selected student galleries, which are divided into two basic categories and then compared with the emphasis on the curatorial aspect of operation. The final chapter presents independent exhibition initiatives within the Department of the commercial photography.
