dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zpracována na téma Třídní učitel jako spolutvůrce klimatu ve třídě. Cílem teoretické části je sumarizovat poznatky týkající se třídního učitele a jeho podílu na klimatu. V první části teorie je objasněna osobnost, role, funkce a kompetence třídního učitele, náplň práce třídního učitele a legislativní vymezení třídního učitele. Dále sociální a pedagogická interakce, na kterou navazuje vymezení klimatu ve třídě, aspekty utvářející klima třídy, spolutvůrci a diagnostika klimatu třídy. Veškeré údaje v teoretické části vycházejí ze studia odborných literárních zdrojů. V praktické části je zvolen kvantitativně orientovaný pedagogický výzkum, jehož hlavním cílem je zjistit vliv třídního učitele na klima ve třídě.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is elaborated on the topic of the Class Teacher as a Co-creator of the Climate in the Classroom. The aim of the theoretical part is to summarize the knowledge about the class teacher and his contribution to the climate. The first part of the theory clarifies the personality, role, function and competence of the class teacher, the scope of work of the class teacher and the legislative definition of the class teacher. Furthermore, social and pedagogical interaction, followed by the definition of the classroom climate, aspects forming the classroom climate, co-creators and classroom climate diagnostics. All data in the theoretical part are based on the study of academic sources. In the practical part, quantitatively oriented pedagogical research is used. Its main goal is to determine the influence of the class teacher on the classroom climate.
