Zaměstnávání osob s lehkým mentálním postižením si klade za cíl zjistit, jaký postoj oslovené firmy k zaměstnávání osob s lehkým mentálním postižením zaujímají, zda osoby s uvedeným typem postižení zaměstnávají, jaké zkušenosti se zaměstnáváním těchto osob případně mají a zda jsou schopny zájemcům z řad občanů s lehkým mentálním postižením práci nabídnout. Dotazníkové šetření bylo realizováno na území Zlínského kraje. Hlavní smyslem je zjistit, zda zaměstnavatelé těchto firem, které jsou rozděleny na malé, střední a velké společnosti mohou nabídnout těmto lidem s lehkým mentálním postižením práci. |

This work entitled Employing people with mild mental disabilities aims to find out what attitudes the companies addressed towards the employment of persons with mild mental disabilities are, whether they employ people with this type of disability, what experiences they may have with the employment of these persons and whether they are able to offer work to those interested citizens with mild mental disabilities. The questionnaire survey was carried out in the territory of the Zlín Region. The main purpose is to find out whether the employers of these companies, which are divided into small, medium and large companies, can offer these people with mild mental disabilities a job. |
