dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu nákladů ve vybrané společnosti, jejich zhodnocení a následné doporučení změn v oblasti optimalizace nákladů této společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části je zpracována literární rešerše vybraných literárních zdrojů vysvětlující základní pojmy a postupy k provedení analýzy nákladů jako je definice nákladů, klasifikace nákladů, modelování nákladů a kalkulace. Tyto vybrané pojmy jsou následně využity k provedení praktické části práce. V praktické části je zpracována charakteristika vybrané společnosti a následná analýza nákladů vybrané společnosti za vybrané roky 2015-2020. Analýza nákladů je provedena dle druhového členění a členění v závislosti na objemu výroby včetně následného modelování nákladů, tj. stanovení bodu zvratu a provozní páky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with analysis of costs of the selected company, their evaluation and subsequent recommendation of changes in the field of cost optimization of this company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with a literature search of selected literary sources explaining the basic concepts and procedures for performing cost analysis such as cost definition, cost classification, cost modelling and calculation. These selected terms are used to perform the practical part of the work. The practical part deals with the characteristics of the selected company and the subsequent analysis of the costs of the selected company for the selected years 2015-2020. The cost analysis is performed according to the type breakdown and the breakdown depending on the production volume, including the subsequent cost modelling, i.e. the determination of the break-even point and the operating leverage
