dc.description.abstract	Bakalářské práce se zabývá zhodnocením situace na trhu práce v Olomouckém kraji a na trhu práce v odvětví stavebnictví v okrese Přerov. V teoretické části je provedena literární rešerše vztahující se k základním pojmům trhu práce, zaměstnanosti, nezaměstnanosti, Beveridgeova křivka, hospodářský cyklus. První část praktické části zhodnotí situaci na trhu práce v Olomouckém kraji. Druhá část praktické části se zaměřuje na konkrétní oblast odvětví stavebnictví v okrese Přerov. Na základě výsledků šetření budou vytvořena doporučení pro stavební firmy, úřad práce a regionální školství.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's theses deal with the evaluation of the situation on the labor market in the Olomouc Region and on the labor market in the construction sectors in the district of Přerov. In the theoretical part there is a literature search related to the basic concepts of the labor market, employment, unemployment, Beveridge curve, economic cycle. The first part of the practical part evaluates the situation on the labor market in the Olomouc region. The second part of the practical part focuses on a specific area of construction in the district of Přerov. Based on the results of the survey, a recommendation will be made for construction companies, the labor office and regional education.
