dc.description.abstract	Zaměření tématu se orientuje na možné způsoby řízení technologických systémů umožňující úpravu vnitřního prostředí budov s ohledem především na cenu a rozsah použití. Téma práce zahrnuje rešerši jednotlivých technologií v budovách z pohledu řízení a možných řídicích systémů včetně ekonomického zhodnocení pro vybranou budovu. Výstup praktické části bude mít hmatatelný charakter, kdy řídicí systém s komponenty může být implementován na zjednodušený model budovy například v podobě kufru.

The topic involves research of individual technologies integrated in buildings from the perspective of operating and applicable operating systems, including an economic evaluation of a specific building. The result of the practical part is presumed to be of a tangible nature, allowing for the implementation of an operating system and components into a simplified model of a building, for example, in a form of a suitcase.
