Diplomová práce Projekt řízení nákladů ve vybraném středisku společnosti KKS, spol. s r. o. se zabývá problematikou řízení nákladů ve středisku mechanizace ve jmenované stavební společnosti. První část této práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti říze-ní nákladů získané na základě zpracování literární rešerše. Tyto teoretické poznatky slouží jako podkladový zdroj pro zhotovení analytické a praktické části práce. V analytické části je charakterizován podnik a pomocí vypracovaných analýz je zjištěn současný stav klasifikace a řízení nákladů v daném středisku stavební společnosti. Tyto analýzy odkrývající nedostatky v oblasti řízení nákladů ve vybraném středisku jsou podkladem pro praktickou část, jejíž hlavním cílem je doporučit opatření směřující ke zlepšení současného stavu řízení nákladů ve středisku mechanizace. |

Diploma thesis The Project of Cost Management in a selected center of the company KKS, spol. s r. o., deals with the issue of cost management in the mechanization center of the named construction company. The first part of this work contains theoretical knowledge of cost management obtained from literary research. This theoretical knowledge serves as an underlying source for the analytical and practical part of the work. In the analytical part, the company is being characterized and with the help of the elaborated analyzes the current state of classification and cost management of the named construction company is detected. These analyzes that reveal shortcomings in the field of cost management in the selected center are the basis for the practical part, which aims to recommend measures aimed at improving the current state of cost management in the center of mechanization. |
