dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce obsahuje všeobecný přehled o problematice ochrany měkkých cílů ve vztahu k teroristickým útokům a teroristickým skupinám provádějící tyto útoky. První část práce je zaměřena na prezentaci nejvýznamnějších hrozeb ve vztahu k měkkým cílům a právu bezpečnosti. Praktická část je věnována analýze konkrétních měkkých cílů z pohledu problematiky ochrany obyvatelstva a následné komparaci se známými incidenty z minulosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis includes comprehensive review about the issue concerning soft targets in relation with terrorist attacks and terrorist groups committing these attacks. The first part depicts a presentation of the most major threats concerning soft targets and right to safety. The practical part is devoted to analysis of soft targets from the view of the issue of the civil protection and subsequent comparison with well known cases from the past.
