dc.description.abstract	Úlohou diplomovej práce je zadefinovať problematiku práce so znalosťami, jej systematického uchopenia a riešení pre ich efektívne udržiavanie v podmienkach vybranej organizácie. Na základe výsledkov analýzy existujúceho stavu riadenia znalostí v organizácii pripravíme projekt pre optimalizáciu riadenia znalostí s ohľadom na dlhodobú udržateľnosť a efektívnu prácu so znalosťami.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main task of the diploma thesis is to define the issue of working with knowledge, its systematic grasp and solution for their effective maintenance in the conditions of the selected organization. Based on the results of the analysis of the existing state of knowledge management in the organization, we will prepare a project for optimizing knowledge management with regard to long-term sustainability and effective work with knowledge.
