Bakalářská práce se zabývá představami rodičů o pracovních činnostech učitele mateřské školy. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vymezit teoretická východiska zaměřená na problematiku učitelského povolání v mateřské škole. Taktéž bylo cílem zjistit, jaké jsou představy rodičů podle jejich vzdělání, podle počtu jejich dětí, podle osobní zkušenosti s mateřskou školou o pracovních činnostech učitele mateřské školy a jakou významnost připisují jednotlivým pracovním činnostem učitele mateřské školy. V teoretické části je popsáno povolání učitel mateřské školy a druhy pracovních činností, které vykonává. Vyhodnocení stanovených cílů probíhalo na základě dotazníkového šetření u 93 rodičů, jejichž děti aktuálně navštěvují mateřskou školu. |

The bachelor thesis is focused on parent´s ideas of working activities of a kindergarten teacher. The goal of this bachelor thesis was to define the theoretical basis focused on the issue of the teaching profession in kindergarten. The goal was also to find out what parent´s ideas are according to their education, the number of their children, their own experience with the kindergarten and the importance they attach to the work activities of the kindergarten teacher. Concerning theoretical part, there is described and characterized the kindergarten teacher and the types of his work activities. The evaluation of the set goals was based on a questionnaire survey of 93 parents whose children are currently attending a kindergarten. |
