dc.description.abstract	Tématem bakalářské práce je motivace sester k jejich vzdělávání. V teoretické části této práce je popsána historie ošetřovatelství i vzdělávání, ale také aktuální možnosti vzdělávání sester a vnímání jejich profese. V části praktické jsou zpracovány výsledky výzkumného šetření, které bylo provedeno pomocí dotazníků a bylo zjišťováno, jakou mají sestry motivaci a podporu při kombinované formě studia, oboru Všeobecná sestra.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the bachelor thesis is the motivation of nurses to their education. The theoretical part of this work describes the history of nursing and education but also the current possibilities of educating nurses and the perception of their profession. The practical part deals with the results of a research survey, which was conducted by using questionnaires and was found out what motivation and support nurses have for studying the part time form of study the field of General Nurse.
