Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku úrovně vnímání vlastní účinnosti pracovníků poskytujících individuální poradenství v oblasti služeb zaměstnanosti. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol, které se věnují poradenství v rámci veřejných služeb zaměstnanosti, pracovníkům úřadu práce poskytujícím individuální poradenství a teoretickému základu vnímání vlastní účinnosti. Empirická část přináší postup a výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu zaměřeného na zjištění úrovně vnímání vlastní účinnosti pracovníků úřadu práce poskytujících individuální poradenství v Jihomoravském kraji. |

The diploma thesis is aimed at the issue of self - efficacy level of the labour offices workers who provide individual counselling to unemployed throught public employment services. The teoretical part of the thesis is divided into three chapters dealing with the topic of counselling provided by the public employment services, the labour offices and self - efficacy issues. The empiric part of the thesis brings the research process and the results of the quantitative research in order to discover the level of self - efficacy and the skills level of labour office counsellors in the South Moravian Region. |
