dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na racionalizaci logistických toků a skladování ve vybrané společnosti. V prvé řadě byla provedena literární rešerše z oblasti logistiky a skladování. Analytická část je zaměřena na zpracování snímku pracovního dne, a na základě dalších provedených analýz byl zjištěn současný stav činností skladování a logistických toků. Dle výstupu z vyhodnocených analýz bylo navrženo několik řešení k realizaci. Byly zpracované návrhy úpravy layoutu skladů. Dále byl vytvořen návrh využití mobilního terminálu a 2D kódů pro zjednodušení procesu skladování materiálu. Cíle bylo dosaženo návrhem na zkrácení manipulačních cest a snížení počtu vytvořených transferů v informačním systému.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Master's thesis is focused on the rationalization of logistics flows and storage in a selected company. First of all, a literature search was performed in the field of logistics and storage. The analytical part is focused on processing the image of a working day. Based on other performed analysis, the current state of storage activities was ascertained. According to the outputs from the evaluated analysis, several solutions were proposed for implementation. According to solutions, the proposals for modifying the layout of storage were prepared. A proposal was made to use a mobile terminal and 2D codes to simplify the material storage process. The goal wa achieved by the proposal of shortening the handling routes and reducing the number of created transfers.
