dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hostitelské péče pohledem oslovených vychovatelů, pracujících ve vybraných dětských domovech. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vysvětlení klíčových teoretických východisek. Druhá část práce se zabývá empirickým výzkumem. Na problém hostitelské péče je zde nahlíženo pohledem vychovatelů, pracujících ve vybraných dětských domovech. Pro zjištění názorů a zkušeností vychovatelů s hostitelskou péči byly využity polostrukturované rozhovory.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of host care from the perspective of the contacted educators, working in chosen children's homes. This bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on explaining the key theoretical backgrounds related the issue of host care. The second part deals with empirical research. On the problem of the host care is viewed from the perspective of the educators who work in chosen children's homes. There were used semi-structured interviews to find out the opinions and experiences of educators with host care.
