dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na motivaci zaměstnanců ve společnosti Sodexo Pass Česká republika a. s., konkrétně pracovníků pražské pobočky. Cílem této práce je zhodnocení úrovně motivace a návrh opatření, která povedou ke zlepšení nynější situace. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část se zabývá teoretickými pojmy z oblasti motivace, jsou zde uvedeny i poznatky, které se vztahují přímo k zaměstnaneckým benefitům. Ve druhé části je uveden kompletní popis společnosti Sodexo Pass Česká republika a. s., samotná analýza a zhodnocení současného stavu motivace pracovníků. V závěru práce jsou navrhnuta doporučení, která přinesou společnosti užitečné rady, jak zlepšit motivaci svých zaměstnanců.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focused on the motivation of employees in the company Sodexo Pass Česká republika a. s., specifically the employees of the Prague branch. The aim of this work is to evaluate the level of motivation and propose measures that will improve the current situation. The bachelor's thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with theoretical concepts in the field of motivation, there are also findings that relate directly to employee benefits. The second part contains a complete description of the company Sodexo Pass Česká republika a. s., the analysis and evaluation of the current situation of employee motivation. At the end of the work, recommendations are proposed that will provide the company with useful advice on how to improve the motivation of its employees.
