dc.description.abstract Teoreticka cast bakalarske prace je zamerena na popis rostlin celedi hluchavkovite (yzop lekarsky, hluchavka bila, srdecnik obecny, saturejka zahradni, rozmaryn lekarsky, sisak bajkalsky), dale je uvedena charakteristika antioxidacniho ucinku a metod vyuzivanych ke stanoveni antioxidacni aktivity. V experimentalni casti jsou zhodnoceny vysledky stanoveni antioxidacni aktivity vybranych rostlin metodou DPPH, IC50 a ABTS a polyfenolickych latek s pouzitim Folin-Ciocalteuova cinidla.

dc.description.abstract-translated The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on description of Lamiaceae plants (Lamium album, Rosmarinus officinalis, Satureja hortensis, Leonurus cardiaca, Scutellaria baicalensis, Hyssopus officinalis), also on characteristics of antioxidant effect and methods used to determine antioxidant activity. In the experimental part there are evaluated results of antioxidant activity of chosen plants using DPPH, IC50, and ABTS methods and polyphenols determination using Folin-Ciocalteu agent.
