dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá interakčním stylem učitele na 1. stupni základní školy. V teoretické části se věnuji vymezení klíčových pojmů souvisejících s komunikací a interakcí. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit úroveň interakčního stylu u vybraných učitelů na 1. stupni základní školy a porovnat ji s pohledem jejich žáků. Sběr dat probíhal pomocí dotazníku QTI. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo celkem 201 participantů - 191 žáků a 10 učitelek. Výsledky ukázaly, že rozdíly mezi sebehodnocením interakčního stylu učitelkou a hodnocením žáky se vyskytují zejména u začínajících učitelek s nízkou praxí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis investigates the interaction style of primary school teachers. In the theoretical part, I define the key terms associated with communication and interaction. The goal is to find out the level of interaction style for a selected group of primary school teachers and compare the results with the perspective of the learners. The data were collected using the QTI questionnaire. 201 participants took part in the research - 191 learners and 10 teachers. The results show that the difference between the evaluation of interaction style by teachers and by learners occurred primarily with novice teachers.
