Bakalářská práce se zabývá učiteli mateřských škol na začátku své profesní kariéry. Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat profesní začátky učitelů mateřských škol. Teoretická část práce sumarizuje poznatky o specifikaci učitele, učitele mateřské školy a jeho práci a začínajícím učiteli. Popisuje profesní dráhy učitelů. V empirické části je představený design a závěry kvalitativního výzkumu. Výzkumná data byla sbírána prostřednictvím polostrukturovaného interview. Výzkumným souborem bylo sedm učitelek mateřských škol. V závěru práce jsou interpretovány významové kategorie, které vyvstaly z výzkumu: motivace k učitelství, profesní příprava, adaptační období, vztahy na pracovišti, interakce s rodiči a profesní rozvoj. |

The bachelor's thesis deals with kindergarten teachers at the beginning of their professional careers. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to describe the career beginnings of kindergarten teachers. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the knowledge of the teacher, the kindergarten teacher as well as the novice teacher. It describes the career paths of teachers. In the empirical part, the design and conclusions of qualitative research are presented. Research data was collected through a semi-structured interview. The research group consisted of seven kindergarten teachers. At the end of the thesis, important categories that arose from the research are interpreted: motivation for teaching, professional training, adaptation periods, workplace relationships, interactions with parents and professional development. |
