Zvoleným tématem bakalářské práce je profese vychovatelů ve školní družině jako poslání. Práce je strukturovaná do části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část vymezuje osobu vychovatele ve školní družině, legislativní předpoklady profese, náplň práce, kompetence, syndrom vyhoření až po práci vychovatele, která je vnímána jako poslání. V druhé části teoretické bude představena školní družina. Bude zde popsán obsah vzdělávacího procesu, režim dne, povinná dokumentace, legislativa a v neposlední řadě zde bude uveden školní vzdělávací program. Praktická část je zaměřena na kvalitativní výzkum, jehož základem je design IPA, tedy interpretativní fenomenologická analýza. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty dosažené výsledky v souvislosti s hlavní výzkumnou otázkou a navazujícími dílčími výzkumnými otázkami realizovaného výzkumu. |

The chosen topic of the bachelor's thesis is the profession of educators in the school group as a mission. The work is structured into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the person of the educator in the school group, the legislative preconditions of the profession, the scope of work, competencies, burnout syndrome up to the work of the educator, which is perceived as a mission. In the second theoretical part, the school group will be introduced. It will describe the content of the educational process, the regime of the day, mandatory documentation, legislation and, last but not least, the school educational program. The practical part is focused on qualitative research, the basis of which is the design of IPA, ie interpretive phenomenological analysis. At the end of the thesis, the achieved results are summarized in connection with the main research question and related partial research questions of the realized research. |
