dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zaměstnanecké benefity ve společnosti XYZ. Je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část je zpracována na základě literární rešerše zaměřená na problematiku zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Pojednává o historii, významů, dělení benefitů a v neposlední řadě o benefitech samotných a specifikuje jejich účetní a daňové aspekty. V praktické části je představena společnost XYZ a následné seznámení s benefity společnosti a jejich charakteristika. Na základě dotazníkové šetření, které bylo ve společnosti provedeno, byla navržená vhodná doporučení pro společnost.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focused on employee benefits in the company XYZ. It is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is based on a literature search focused on the issue of employee benefits. It discusses the history, meanings, division of benefits and, last but not least, the benefits themselves and specifies their accounting and tax aspects. The practical part introduces the company XYZ and subsequent acquaintance with the benefits of the company and their characteristics. Based on a questionnaire survey conducted in the company, suitable recommendations were proposed for the company.
