dc.description.abstract	Cílem předložené práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu na založení nového subjektu a identifikování, resp. ohodnocení rizik vyplývajících z uvedeného plánu. Pro dosažení tohoto cíle budou použity metody: PEST analýza, Porterův model pěti sil, SWOT analýza, marketingový mix 4C a skórovací metoda s mapou rizik. První část práce představuje teorii, související s danou prací. Ve druhé části práce je sestavován podnikatelský plán pro založení kavárny Duha s. r. o.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the presented work is to compile a business plan for the establishment of a new entity and identifying or evaluating the risks arising from that plan. In order to achieve this goal, the following methods will be used: the PEST analysis, Porter's five forces model, SWOT analysis, 4C marketing mix and scoring method with risk map. The first part of the thesis presents the theory related to the thesis. In the second part of the thesis, a business plan for the establishment of Rainbow Café Ltd.
