dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce "Vliv proškolení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci na míru rizika v podniku" se zabývá problematikou BOZP v podnicích, častého podceňování důsledného proškolení zaměstnanců a souvisejících vlivů na míru rizika a nebezpečí pracovních úrazů. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny související pojmy, ukotvení problematiky v legislativě, zpracována problematika pracovních úrazů a jejich příčin ve vztazích k BOZP. Dále je v této části nastíněno systémové řízení a související normy. Praktická část práce zkoumá a analyzuje běžná rizika na pracovišti a vliv proškolení zásad BOZP na jejich míru a ošetření. V této části práce je prověřena také politika bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve vybraném podniku a navrhnuta vhodná opatření.

This part also outlines system management and related standards. The practical part of the work examines and analyses the common risks in the workplace and the impact of training in health and safety principles on their level and mitigation. In this part of the work is also examined the health and safety policies at work in the selected company and proposed appropriate measures.
