dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu motivace zaměstnanců ve společnosti KLEIN automotive s. r. o., konkrétně THP zaměstnanců společnosti. Cílem této práce je zhodnocení situace ve společnosti, co se týče motivace a spokojenosti a poskytnutí návrhů na zlepšení nynější situace. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy v oblasti motivace. Jsou zde uvedeny taktéž poznatky, které se věnují odměňování zaměstnanců. V praktické části je uvedena charakteristika vybrané společnosti, analýza motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců formou dotazníkového šetření a zhodnocení současného stavu motivace zaměstnanců. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení na zlepšení motivace a spokojenosti THP zaměstnanců společnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of employee motivation in the company KLEIN automotive s. r. o., specifically white-collar workers of the company. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the situation in the company as for motivation and satisfaction and to provide suggestions for improving the current situation. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the basic terms in the field of motivation. There are also findings that relate with the remuneration of employees. The practical part contains the characteristics of the selected company, the analysis of the motivation and satisfaction of employees in the form of a questionnaire survey and an evaluation of the current situation of employee motivation. At the end of the thesis there are suggestions and recommendations for improving the motivation and satisfaction of white-collar workers of the company.
