dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá risk managementem současného stavu podniku v rámci konkrétního stavebního projektu a vypracování návrhu ke zlepšení s ohledem na logistické procesy. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány základní informace související s řešenou problematikou. V praktické části se aplikovali poznatky z teoretické části na konkrétním projektu. Nejprve je představena vybraná společnost a následně jsou využity analýzy SWOT, PESTLE a Porterův model pěti sil k současné analýze podniku. Dále je provedena identifikace výskytu možných rizik, jejich pravděpodobnost a opatření v rámci celého životního cyklu projektu. V závěrečné kapitole diplomové práce jsou zhodnoceny návrhy na zlepšení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the risk management of the company's current state within a specific construction project and the development of a proposal for improvement about logistics processes. The theoretical part deals with basic information related to the problem. In the practical part, the knowledge from the theoretical part was applied to a specific project. First, the selected company is introduced, and then the SWOT, PESTLE and Porter's five forces model is used for the current analysis of the company. Furthermore, possible risks, their probability, and measures within the entire project life cycle are identified. In the final chapter of the diploma thesis, suggestions for improvement are evaluated.
