dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou zátěžových situací zaměstnanců vybrané firmy a skládá ze dvou částí, tedy části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerši problematiky pracovní zátěže, stresu, duševního zdraví a s nimi spojeného rizika syndromu vyhoření. Praktická část již pojednává o výskytu pracovní zátěže ve vybrané společnosti a analyzuje její současný stav pomocí dotazníkového šetření, jehož se účastní všichni zaměstnanci vybrané firmy a individuálního rozhovoru vedeného s vedoucím pracovníkem. Výzkum byl základem pro zodpovězení dříve definovaných výzkumných otázek. Za účelem omezení nedostatků zjištěných výzkumem jsou v závěrečné části bakalářské práce stanoveny návrhy nápravných opatření, které může vybraná firma využít v praxi.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of stressful situations of the employees of a selected company and consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part includes research of the topic of workload, stress, mental health and the related problem of the burnout syndrome. The practical part focuses on the occurrence of workload in the selected company and analyzes its current status using a questionnaire taken by all the employees of the selected company and an individual interview with a manager. The research was the basis for answering previously defined research questions. For the purpose of limiting the drawbacks discovered via the survey, the final part of the Bachelor thesis proposes suggestions of corrective measures which the selected company can use in practice.
