Má bakalářská práce se zabývá pěstounskou péči příbuzných a generačními rozdíly, které se v rodinách vyskytují. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vymezuje rodinou politiku, rodinu, typologii rodiny, funkci rodiny a právní rámec rodiny v České republice. V následující kapitole práce pojednává o výchově, výchovných stylech a výchovných metodách. V následující kapitole nalezneme náhradní rodinnou péči, osvojení, dlouhodobou pěstounskou péči, pěstounskou péči na přechodnou dobu, poručenství s osobní péčí. Čtvrtá kapitola pojednává o pěstounské péči příbuzenské, generačních rozdílech, přínosech a rizik příbuzenské pěstounské péče a dávkami pěstounské péče. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou výsledku pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu na základě polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s participanty, který byl proveden na orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí na Městském úřadě v Jihomoravském kraji |

My bachelor thesis deals with the foster care of relatives and generational differences that appear in families. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the family politics, the family, the typology of the family, the function of the family and legal framerwork of the family in Czech Republic. In the following chapter, the thesis deals with education, educational styles and educational methods. In the next chapter, the thesis deals with substitute family care, adoption, long-term foster care, temporary foster care and guardianship with personal care. The fourth chapter delas with kinship foster care, generational differences, benefits and risks of kinship foster care and foster care benefits. The practical part deals with the analysis of the result using qualitative research based on a semi-structured interview with the participants, which was carried out at the Authority for the Social and Legal Protection of Children at the Municipal Office in South-Moravian region. |
