dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kvalitou komunikace sester v péči o pacienty na umělé plicní ventilaci. Je rozdělená na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zaměřená na problematiku komunikace s pacienty a na umělou plicní ventilaci. V praktické části bakalářské práce je proveden kvalitativní výzkum technikou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Hlavní výzkumnou otázkou bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak vnímají kvalitu komunikace všeobecné sestry u vybraných pacientů na UPV (pacienti s RASS -5). Vedlejší výzkumnou otázkou je zjistit, jakým způsobem nejčastěji komunikují všeobecné sestry s pacienty na UPV s RASS -5.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the quality of communication of nurses in the care for patients on artificial lung ventilation. It is divided into theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on a communication issues with patients and on artificial lung ventilation. In the practical part of this thesis there is done a qualitative research by a technique of semi-structured interviews. The main research aim of this thesis is to find out how nurses perceive the communication quality with selected patients on ALV (patients with RASS -5). The secondary research aim is find out the way of communication which is used by nurses in care for patients on artificial lung.
