Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na systém řízení pohledávek ve společnosti VÚHŽ a.s. V teoretické části práce jsou na základě odborné literatury charakterizovány pohledávky, jejich vznik, rozdělení, oceňování, přechodné či trvalé snížení jejich hodnoty a možné způsoby zániku. Dále jsou vymezeny dostupné zajišťovací nástroje a způsoby vymáhání pohledávek. Na závěr teoretické části jsou definovány finanční ukazatele vztahující se k oblasti pohledávek. V praktické části je nejprve krátce představena společnost VÚHŽ a.s. a je popsán současný systém řízení pohledávek. Dále se praktická část věnuje analýze pohledávek z obchodních vztahů, časovému rozboru pohledávek z obchodních vztahů dle lhůty splatnosti a finanční analýze se zaměřením na pohledávky. Na základě výsledků provedené analýzy jsou navrhnuta doporučení, která povedou ke zlepšení současného systému řízení pohledávek. |

This Bachelor thesis deals with the topic of receivables management systems in the firm VÚHŽ a.s. The theoretical part is based on professional literature which characterizes the receivables, its origins, distribution, valuation, temporary or permanent decrease in their value and possible ways of receivables extinguishment. Furthermore, the available hedging tools and methods of debt collection are defined. At the end of the theoretical part, financial indicators related to the area of receivables are discussed. In the practical part, the company VÚHŽ a.s. is briefly described and the current receivables management system is defined. Additionally, the practical part is devoted to the analysis of trade demands, time analysis of trade demands by maturity and financial analysis with a focus on those demands. Based on the results of the analysis, recommendations are proposed that will lead to the improvement of the current receivables management system. |
