dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem automatizace skladu práškových barev. Je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na literární rešerši předmětné problematiky, vymezuje základní pojmy a poskytuje teoretický základ, nezbytný pro pochopení principů procesů v podniku a o implementaci automatizace do firmy prostřednictvím projektu. V praktické části je analyzován současný stav procesů ve zvolené společnosti a za pomoci několika nástrojů a metod je vypracován projekt od analýzy rizik až po vyhodnocení. Výsledkem projektu jsou ušetřené náklady a zvýšená kapacita skladu na menší ploše.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the topic of powder paint warehouse automation. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the literature search of the subject matter, defines the basic concepts and provides a theoretical basis, necessary for understanding the principles of processes in the company and the implementation of automation in the company through the project. The practical part analyzes the current state of processes in the selected company and with the help of several tools and methods, a project from risk analysis is developer only after evaluation. The result of the project is saved costs and increased warehouse capacity on a smaller area.
