dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zatížení a způsoby regenerace příslušníků jednotek požární ochrany. Teoretická část se věnuje Hasičskému záchrannému sboru České republiky, jeho jednotkám, činnosti a psychické i fyzické způsobilosti příslušníků. Podrobně se zabývá zátěží, únavou a s tím spojenými způsoby regenerace a odpočinku. Praktická část bakalářské práce rozebírá současný stav zatížení a způsoby regenerace příslušníků jednotek požární ochrany pomocí statistických údajů. Dále, na základě dotazníkového šetření, jsou vyhodnocena data posbíraná od příslušníků Hasičského záchranného sboru Libereckého kraje. Závěrem jsou uvedeny zjištěné nedostatky a k nim doporučeny návrhy na opatření ke zlepšení současného stavu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on the load and methods of regeneration of members of fire protection units. The theoretical part deals with the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, its units, activities, and members' mental and physical fitness. The thesis deals in detail with stress, fatigue, and the associated ways of regeneration and rest. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis analyzes the current state of loading and methods of regeneration of members of fire protection units using statistical data. Furthermore, based on a questionnaire survey, data collected from members of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Liberec Region are evaluated. In conclusion, the identified shortcomings and recommended measures for the improvement of current situation are listed.
