dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je seznámit se s problematikou vzdělávacího systému Armády České republiky a následně zjistit, zda je současný způsob vzdělávání pro její příslušníky vyhovující. Teoretická část je zaměřena na problematiku vzdělávání dospělých v podmínkách Armády České republiky a na její vzdělávací instituce, v nichž toto vzdělávání probíhá. Cílem praktické části této práce, která je provedena formou dotazníkového šetření, je zjistit, jak jsou vojáci z povolání spokojeni se současným vzdělávacím systémem v Armádě České republiky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to become familiar with the issues of the educational system of the Army of the Czech Republic and subsequently to find out whether the current method of education is satisfactory for its members. The theoretical part is focused on the issue of adult education in the conditions of the Army of the Czech Republic and its educational institutions in which this education takes place. The aim of the practical part of this work, which is carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey, is to find out how professional soldiers are satisfied with the current educational system in the Army of the Czech Republic.
