Tato bakalářská práce se snaží pojmout všechny trestné činy proti dětem v jedné publikaci. Bakalářská práce se v teoretické části zabývá základními pojmy jako je dítě, rodina, mladistvý, sociálněprávní a trestněprávní ochrana. Dále je zde rozebrán právní rámec trestné činnosti, deklarace OSN, úmluva o právech dítěte, trestní zákoník a jeho předchozí úprava, zákon o obětech trestných činů a sociálněprávní ochraně dětí. Následují jednotlivé trestné činy proti dětem dle trestního zákoníku, kde je rozebrán paragraf upravující daný trestný čin a trestní sazby za jeho spáchání společně se skutkovou podstatou trestného činu. Praktická část je zaměřena na komparaci českých a slovenských trestných činů proti dětem doplněna o grafy s počty spáchaných trestných činů. |

This bachelor thesis attempts to cover all crimes against children in one publication. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with basic concepts such as child, family, juvenile, social and criminal law protection. It also discusses the legal framework of crime, the UN Declaration, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Criminal Code and its previous regulation, the Act on Victims of Crime and Social Protection of Children. This is followed by the individual offences against children under the Criminal Code, where the section governing the offence and the penal rates for its commission are discussed, together with the facts of the offence. The practical part focuses on a comparison of Czech and Slovak crimes against children, supplemented by graphs with the number of crimes committed. |
