dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá osobami s mentálním postižením. Hovoří o jejich specifických potřebách a aktuálních trendech v přístupu k těmto lidem. Popisuje jejich možnosti pracovního uplatnění, kdy lze využít podpory sociálních služeb, úřadu práce i nabídky chráněného pracovního trhu. Teoretická rovina je doplněna příklady z praxe. Kvalitativní výzkum je proveden formou případové studie osoby s mentálním handicapem za využití písemných záznamů ze služby sociální rehabilitace a rozhovorů se všemi subjekty, které hrají roli v oblasti zaměstnávání (klientka, rodina, zaměstnavatel, sociální služby). Hlavní otázka výzkumu se ptá na proces uplatňování zkoumané osoby na trhu práce, její specifické potřeby a dostupnou podporu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with persons with mental disabilities. It refers to their specific needs and the current trends in the approach to these people. It describes their employment opportunities, when they access the support of social services, the employment office and the offers of the protected labor market. The theoretical level is complemented by practical examples. Qualitative research is conducted in the form of a case study of a person with an intellectual disability using written records from the social rehabilitation service and interviews with all entities that play a role in the field of employment (client, family, employer, social services). The main research questions the applicability of the researched person on the labor market with regard to his specific needs and available support.
