dc.description.abstract	Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá tématem představ studentů učitelství pro mateřské školy o práci ředitele mateřské školy. Teoretická část si klade za cíl charakterizovat roli ředitele v řízení mateřské školy a popsat gradaci profesního rozvoje učitelů mateřských škol. Empirická část představuje kvalitativní design výzkumu, realizován prostřednictvím tematického psaní a hloubkového interview se studenty učitelství pro mateřské školy. V závěru práce jsou interpretovány a analyzovány výsledky výzkumu a odpovědi na výzkumné otázky. Výzkumné šetření odhaluje představy studentů učitelství pro mateřské školy o ideálním řediteli mateřské školy, o jeho profesních činnostech a zodpovědnosti a popisuje motivaci studentů pro profesi a kariérní vývoj.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The presented Master's thesis deals with the topic of kindergarten teacher students' ideas about the work of a kindergarten director. The theoretical part aims to describe the role of the director in kindergarten management and the gradation of the professional development of kindergarten teachers. The empirical section demonstrates qualitative design research that was conducted through thematic writing and deep interviews with kindergarten students. In Conclusion, the research results and answers to research questions are interpreted and analyzed. The research investigation reveals kindergarten teacher students' ideas about the ideal kindergarten director, his or her professional activities and responsibilities, and describes students' motivation for the profession and career development.
