dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem aktérství dítěte v mateřské škole. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je popsat projevy aktérství dítěte v mateřské škole. V teoretické části je představen koncept aktérství Alberta Bandury a sumarizována teoretická východiska o aktérství dítěte v mateřské škole. V empirické části je prezentován design a výstupy kvalitativního výzkumu, který byl realizován prostřednictvím nestrukturovaného pozorování dětí v mateřské škole. Závěr práce se věnuje diskusi, která nastiňuje podněty pro vzdělávání v mateřské škole.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the topic of children´s agency in kindergarten. The main aim of the thesis is to describe the manifestations of children´s agency in kindergarten. The theoretical part introduces Albert Bandura's concept of agency and summarizes the theoretical background on children´s agency in kindergarten. The empirical part presents the design and findings of the qualitative research, which was conducted through unstructured observations of children in kindergarten. The thesis concludes with a discussion that outlines the incentives for education in kindergarten.
