dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na principy humanistické výuky a jejich aplikaci do vyučování na základních školách. Teoretická část přibližuje pojetí výuky a osobnost učitele, který výuku formuje. Dále se zaměřuje na humanistické přístupy, kterými by se humanistická výuka měla řídit. Praktická část se věnuje výzkumu, jehož hlavním cílem je zjištění názorů učitelů základních škol na prvky humanismu ve výuce. Výzkum byl realizován dotazníkovým šetřením vícestupňového náhodného výběru u 120 respondentů. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují míru orientace současných učitelů základních škol na humanistickou výuku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This Bachelor Thesis is focused on the principles of humanistic teaching and their application to education in primary schools. The Theoretical Part deals with the concept of teaching and personalities of teachers who form the educational process. It also deals with humanistic approaches that humanistic teaching should follow. The Practical Part focuses on research, the main goal of which is to find out the opinions of primary school teachers on elements of humanism in teaching. The research was done by a multistage questionnaire survey of 120 respondents. The results of the research show the degree of orientation of current primary school teachers towards humanistic education.
