dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na adaptaci rodičů na kooperaci s mateřskou školou. Teoretická část se zabývá postupy, které jsou doporučené dle literatury, a které by měli zajišťovat vytvoření kvalitního vztahu mezi učiteli mateřských škol a rodiči. Definuje také klíčové pojmy spojené s tímto procesem a objasňuje různé formy spolupráce mateřské školy a rodiny, které opět tento vztah posilují. Cílem praktické části je popsat, jak probíhá adaptační proces z pohledu současných rodičů dětí, navštěvující mateřskou školu a porovnat jej z teoretickými doporučeními. Pohled rodičů je zprostředkován díky interview. Poté zpracováván transkriptem, otevřeným kódováním a tvorbou kategorií a subkategorií.

dc.description.abstract-translated	My bachelor thesis focuses on parent's adaptation and their cooperation with the kindergarten. The theoretical section explains recommended procedures described in the available literature. These procedures should help to create a working relationship between teachers in the kindergarten and parents. This section also defines some key terms related to this process and explains different methods of cooperation between kindergarten and the family. The main goal of these methods is to strengthen this relationship. My goal in the practical section is to describe the process of adaptation from the point of view of some parents that currently have their children in the kindergarten and compare their opinion with theoretical recommendations. The parent's point of view. Interviews were then processed using transcription, open coding which helped to create categories and subkategories.
