dc.description.abstract	Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu rizik a nebezpečenství, které na příslušníky Policie České republiky vyvstávají ze zásahů u případů domácího násilí. Specifická problematika domácího násilí a úloha Policie České republiky a dalších institucí v jejím řešení je popsána v teoretické části práce. Praktická část se pak zabývá identifikací rizik ze zásahů policistů cestou rozhovorů s policisty, jejich analýzou prostřednictvím metod What if a Matice rizik, a tvorbou metodického manuálu napomáhajícímu policistům těmto hrozbám předcházet a v případě jejich aktivace, tyto náročné situace zvládnout.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The submitted diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of risks and dangers tha arise for members of the Police of the Czech Republic from interventions in cases od domestic violence. The specific issue od domestic violence and the role of the Police od the Czech Republic and other institutions in solving its is desribed in the the theoretical part of the thesis. The practical part then deals with the identifications of risks from police interventions throught interviews with police officers, their analysis throught the What if and Risk Matrix methods and the creation of a methodical manual helping police officers to prevent these threats and, in their activation, to handle these challenging situations.
