Hlavním cílem teoretické části práce je sumarizovat poznatky o spolupráci učitele a asistenta pedagoga v prostředí mateřské školy. Cílem autorky v teoretické části je definovat pojme učitel a asistent pedagoga, jejich povinnosti a profesní kompetence v mateřské škole, také definuje pojem spolupráce a dítě se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Autorka se dále zaměřuje na zážitkový deník pro dítě se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Cílem praktické části je sumarizovat poznatky o spolupráci učitele mateřské školy a asistenta pedagoga. Výzkumným nástrojem kvalitativního šetření je zvolen polostrukturovaný rozhovor s učiteli mateřských škol a asistenty pedagoga. Z výpovědí oslovených participantů byly vytvořeny tři významové kategorie - faktory ovlivňující spolupráci učitele mateřské školy a asistenta pedagoga a ukázková spolupráce. |

The main aim of the theoretical part of the thesis is to summarize the knowledge about the cooperation between teacher and teaching assistant in the kindergarten environment. In the theoretical part the author aims to define the concepts of teacher and teaching assistant, their duties and professional competences in kindergarten, also defines the concept of cooperation and a child with special educational needs. The author also focuses on the experiential diary for a child with special educational needs. The aim of the practical part is to summarize the knowledge about the collaboration between the kindergarten teacher and the teaching assistant. A semi-structured interview with kindergarten teachers and teaching assistants is chosen as the research instrument for the qualitative investigation. Three meaning categories - factors influencing kindergarten teacher and teaching assistant collaboration and exemplary collaboration - were created from the statements of the interviewed participants. |
