Bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem a interpretací názorů učitelů na hospitace v mateřských školách. Cílem teoretické části je vymezení hospitace jako součásti autoevaluačních procesů v mateřských školách. Definuje pojmy evaluace, hodnocení a hospitace. Praktická část popisuje výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu prostřednictvím dotazníku pro učitele mateřských škol s cílem zjistit, jaký význam pro ně hospitace skutečně mají. Výsledky ukazují, že učitelé mateřských škol považují hospitace za nástroj hodnocení pouze částečně, více hledají personální podporu od zkušených učitelů, navíc učitelé nedostatečně zažívají hospitace vzájemné a samotné hodnocení probíhá většinou jen slovně. V závěru práce jsou výsledky výzkumu využity pro doporučení pro praxi mateřských škol. |

The bachelor thesis describes and interprets opinions of preschool teachers on inspection of classes. The aim of theoretical part is to define the inspection of classes as the part of kindergartens' self-evaluation. It explains the terminology as evaluation, too. The empirical part of the thesis describes the results of quantitative-orientated research using questionnaire as a method. The main aim of the research was to discover the real substance of inspection of classes for preschool teachers. The results indicate that teachers look for personal support in inspection of classes more than the evaluation. Furthermore, peer review is not doing enough in schools, and there is almost always only verbal assessment of teachers. In the final part the results of the research are used for practical recommendations for kindergarten. |
