dc.description.abstract	Cílem této práce je zjistit připravenost žáků základních škol v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vznik a vývoj ochrany obyvatelstva, požární ochranu a na legislativu spadající do této oblasti. Dále jsou v práci vymezeny základní pojmy z ochrany obyvatelstva a potažmo požární ochrany. V neposlední řadě se teoretická část věnuje preventivně výchovným činnostem fungující v této oblasti. Praktická část je pak přímo zaměřena na preventivně výchovný program Hasík CZ, na průběh této výuky a osnovy. V praktické části je použita výzkumná metoda řízený rozhovor a dále dotazníkové šetření, díky kterým byla zjištěna úroveň vzdělání ve zkoumané oblasti. Okrajově je zde využita i metoda komparace, kdy bylo vyhodnoceno, zda reálná výuka programu Hasík CZ probíhá dle osnov. V poslední části je uveden výstup práce a možné návrhy změn.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this work is to determine the preparedness of primary school pupils in the field of population protection. The work is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the origin and development of the population protection, fire protection and on the legislation falling into this area. Furthermore, basic concepts from the population protection and thus fire protection are defined in the work. Last but not least, the theoretical part is devoted to preventive educational activities operating in this area. The practical part is then directly focused on the preventive educational program of Hasík CZ, on the course of this teaching and the curriculum. In the practical part, the research method guided interview and questionnaire survey are used, thanks to which the level of education in the researched area was determined. The method of comparison is also marginally used here, when it was evaluated whether the actual teaching of the Hasík CZ program takes place according to the curriculum. The last part presents the output of the work and possible suggestions for changes.
