Diplomová práce se zabývá podnikovou logistikou se zaměřením na dopravu ve firmě Alfa, s.r.o. Praha. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku logistiku obecně, včetně integrovaného logistického systému, dopravy a jejího členění. Blíže se pak zabývá silniční dopravou (nákladní a kamionovou) a povinnostmi, které se vztahují k jejímu provozu. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu dopravy ve firmě Alfa, s.r.o. Na základě jejích výsledků je proveden projekt kalkulace nákladů na pořízení vozidla do vozového parku firmy. Na konci každé kapitoly je kompletní shrnutí. V závěru práce je pak celá problematika daného tématu zrekapitulována včetně uvedení výsledku projektu. |

This dissertation deals with the company logistics with a view to transportation at Alfa Ltd Company Praha. The theoretical part is oriented on a characteristic of the logistics, generally, including the integrated logistic system, the transportation and its division. It qualifies the road transportation (goods and truck transport) and its duties refer to its ope-ration. The practical part is oriented on the trasportation analysis at Alfa Ltd Company. On the basis of the analysis results the cost calculation project of purchasing the automotive truck to the fleet of company is buield. There is a complete summary in the end of every chapter. In the end of the dissertation the whole theme problem is resumed including the results of the project. |
