dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce je ekonomické zhodnocení plánovaného investičního záměru společnosti. Teoretická část je věnována literární rešerši z oblasti investic, metod zhodnocení investic, finanční a rizikové analýze. Praktická část je rozdělena na dvě části. V první části je provedena finanční a PEST analýza. Druhá část zahrnuje představení společnosti a investičního záměru. Součástí druhé části je také ekonomické zhodnocení prostřednictvím statických a dynamických metod a riziková analýza. Mezi rozhodující metody diplomové práce patří čistá současná hodnota, index rentability, vnitřní výnosové procento a diskontovaná doba návratnosti. Hlavním výsledkem práce je doporučení o přijetí plánovaného investičního projektu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this diploma thesis is the economic evaluation of the planned investment project of the company. The theoretical part is focused on literature research in the field of investments, investment evaluation methods, financial and risk analysis. The practical part is divided into two parts. In the first part, financial and PEST analysis is performed. The second part includes the introduction of the company and the investment plan. The second part also includes economic evaluation through static and dynamic methods and risk analysis. The decisive methods of thesis include net present value, profitability index, internal rate of return and discounted payback period. The main outcome of the thesis is a recommendation on the acceptance of the planned investment project.
