dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá racionalizací vybraného pracoviště pomocí metod a nástrojů průmyslového inženýrství. Teoretická část práce popisuje řízení výroby, vybrané metody a nástroje průmyslového inženýrství. Hlavním cílem je zvýšit celkovou efektivitu pracoviště. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu výchozího stavu pomocí metod jako je SWOT analýza, měření celkové efektivity zařízení nebo brainwritteing. Následně se práce zabývá projektem, který vedl ke zvýšení disponibility výrobního zařízení. V rámci projektové části byla navržena nápravná opatření v oblasti údržby, jako například úprava pracovního postupu čistění zařízení. Navržená opatření vedla k naplnění hlavního cíle.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This Master's thesis deals with the rationalization of a selected workplace using methods and tools of industrial engineering. The theoretical part describes production management, selected methods, and tools of industrial engineering. The main goal is to increase the overall efficiency of the equipment. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the initial state using methods such as SWOT analysis, measurement of overall equipment effectiveness, or brainwriting. Subsequently, the work deals with a project that aims to increase the availability of the production equipment. Within the project part, corrective measures were proposed in the area of maintenance, such as adjusting the cleaning procedure of the equipment. The proposed measures led to the fulfillment of the main goal.
