Cílem této práce bylo provést analýzu změn, které nastaly v účetnictví po konsolidaci informačních systému. Ta spočívala ve změně verze dosavadního využívaného systému a zároveň k tomuto implementování nového systému. Práce se také zaměřila na nalezení nedostatků v důsledků této změny s návrhy na možná řešení. Také byla zodpovězená otázka, zda bylo pro společnost rozhodnutí o konsolidaci výhodné a zda bylo dosaženo stanovených cílů. Teoretická část obsahuje potřebné informace ke správnému porozumění při práci s informacemi v praktické části. Informace pro praktickou část byly získávány přímo ve vybrané společnosti, výsledky této práce se tedy budou moci prakticky využít. |

The purpose of this thesis was to analyze the changes in accounting as a result of the consolidation of the information system. The consolidation consisted in changign the version of the current system and at the same time implementing a new system. The thesis was also focused on finding mistakes in the consequences of this consolidation with suggestion for possible solutions. In this thesis was also answered the question of whether the decision to consolidate was beneficial for the company and whether the set goals were accomplished. The theoretical part contains the necessary information for a correct understanding with work wtih the information in the practical part. The information for the practical part was get in the chosen company, so the results of this thesis will be possible to be used practically. |
