Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení pandemické situace v České republice a její dopad na firmu FenStar s.r.o. Teoretická část je úvodem do podnikání a s ním souvisejících pojmů, a také úvod do finanční analýzy, která je předmětem šetření v analytické části. Druhá část teorie přibližuje klíčové slovo bakalářské práce, Covid-19, a opatření státu, která byla spolu s postupující pandemií přijatá. V praktické části je krátce popsána firma FenStar s.r.o., výrobky, výrobní proces a analyzována situace před pandemií, v průběhu pandemie i krátce po ní, pomocí základních poměrových ukazatelů. V této části byly rovněž použity rozhovory s vedením společnosti i zaměstnanci pro dokreslení vývoje ekonomické situace. V závěru jsou navrženy strategie firmy pro následující léta a udržení se na trhu. |

This bachelor thesis Impacts of Covid-19 pandemic on business of a chosen manufacturing company is evaluating a pandemic situation in the Czech Republic and its impact on FenStar Ltd.company. The empirical part is devoted firstly to the concept of business and its connected terms, including related law citations, and secondly to the financial analysis which is the subject of the research in the analytical part. The second part of the empirical part clarifies the key word of this bachelor thesis, Covid-19, and state precautions accepted during the proceeding pandemic. The practical part briefly specifies FenStar Ltd. company, its products, its production, and examines its situation with basic ratio indicators, before, during and shortly after the pandemic Covid-19 ,too. The research part includes profound interviews with employees refering to the business of the company at the climax of pandemic. The conclusion suggests possible company's strategies for the following years and how to keep the company's position at the market. |
