dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zhodnotit situaci na trhu práce v okrese Šumperk se zaměřením na zpracovatelský průmysl. Teoretická část se zaměřila na mikro a makroekonomický popis trhu práce a charakteristiku pojmů týkajících se zaměstnanosti a nezaměstnanosti. Praktická část byla rozdělena do tří dílčích částí. První část zahrnovala sekundární výzkum dostupných dat z trhu práce Olomouckého kraje se zaměřením na okres Šumperk. Zhodnocení všech okresů pomocí komparativní analýzy. Výstupem první části byla konstrukce Beveridgeovy křivky s určením formy nezaměstnanosti pro okres Šumperk. Druhá část obsahovala kvalitativní výzkum pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s pracovnicí Úřadu práce v Šumperku, která odrážela situaci na trhu práce v posledních letech. Poslední část tvořil kvantitativní výzkum u podniků zpracovatelského průmyslu. Tento výzkum se zaměřil nejen na pracovní sílu, ale také na dopady válečného konfliktu na Ukrajině a s tím související energetickou krizí. Analýzou výsledných data bylo možné navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení současného stavu na trhu práce v okrese Šumperk.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the bachelor thesis was to evaluate the situation on the labor market in the Šumperk district with a focus on the manufacturing industry. The theoretical part focused on the micro and macroeconomic description of the labor market and the characteristics of terms related to employment and unemployment. The practical part was divided into three parts. The first part included secondary research of available data from the labor market of the Olomouc region with a focus on the Šumperk district. Evaluation of all districts using comparative analysis. The output of the first part was the construction of the Beveridge curve with the determination of the form of unemployment for the Šumperk district. The second part contained qualitative research using a semi-structured interview with an employee of the Labor Office in Šumperk, who reflected the situation on the labor market in recent years. The final part consisted of quantitative research at companies in the manufacturing industry. This research focused not only on the workforce, but also on the effects of the war conflict in Ukraine and the related energy crisis. By analyzing the resulting data, it was possible to propose recommendations for improving the current state of the labor market in the Šumperk district.
