dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou financování neziskové organizace, konkrétně zapsaného spolku Mažoretky Holešov. Cílem práce je navržení možných kroků pro zlepšení financování spolku na základě analýzy současného stavu se zaměřením na zdroje financování spolku ve sledovaném období. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány základní teoretické poznatky související s problematikou neziskového sektoru, a především neziskových organizací a jejich zdroji financování. V praktické části je vypracována analýza zdrojů financování spolku v letech 2018-2021 s následným souhrnným zhodnocením hospodaření spolku a návrhy řešení pro vylepšení financování spolku do budoucích let.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of financing a non-profit organization, specifically the registered association Mažoretky Holešov. The thesis aims to propose possible steps to improve the funding of the association based on the analysis of the current situation, focusing on the funding sources of the association in the monitored period. In the theoretical part, the basic theoretical knowledge related to the issues of the non-profit sector, and especially non-profit organizations and their sources of financing, are characterized. In the practical part, an analysis of the association's funding sources in 2018-2021 is prepared, followed by a summary evaluation of the association's management and proposed solutions for improving the association's funding in future years.
