Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, jestli existují způsoby, jakými režisér Václav Kadrnka ve svých filmech dosahuje transcendentního a filozofického rozměru. Tato bakalářská práce obsahuje teoretický vhled do problematiky transcendence ve filmovém umění. Dává si za cíl ozřejmit transcendentní styl Paula Schradera, spirituální modus Jaromíra Blažejovského, osvětlit, jak vnímá poetiku prostoru fenomenolog a filozof Gaston Bachelard. Zahrnujíc tyto znalosti, s ohledem na transcendenci a obraznost, pak autor analyzuje tři filmy Václava Kadrnky a to Osmdesát dopisů, Křižáček a Zpráva o záchraně mrtvého. Ty následně podrobuje komparativní analýze. Toto téma je v práci završeno rozhovorem s Václavem Kadrnkou. |

The goal of this bachelor's thesis is to explore whether there are ways in which director Václav Kadrnka achieves a transcendent and philosophical dimension in his films. This thesis provides a theoretical overview of the issue of transcendence in film art, aiming to clarify the Transcendental Style by Paul Schrader, the Spiritual Mode by Jaromír Blažejovský, and to illuminate how the phenomenologist and philosopher Gaston Bachelard perceives the Poetics of Space. Drawing on this knowledge, and with regard to transcendence and imagery, the author analyzes three films by Václav Kadrnka, namely Eighty Letters, Little Crusader, and Saving One Who Was Dead, which are subsequently subjected to comparative analysis. This topic is concluded with an interview with Václav Kadrnka. |
