Pohled na učitelskou profesi ze strany společnosti, rodičů dětí či médií, je něčím, o co nouze není. Je možné vidět žebříčky prestiže povolání, s učiteli dominujícími na horních pozicích. Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl odkrýt pohled na učitelskou profesi, konkrétně na profesi učitelům, kteří mají v péči děti, tedy učitelů mateřských škol. Avšak tentokrát se budou vyjadřovat právě sami učitelé mateřských škol, k prestiži, náročnosti, kladům a záporům i profesním kompetencím a činnostem, které vykonávají. |
